Fiber Chute Feeder

Fiber chute feeder, it’s placed ahead of carding machine for the purpose to deliver even fiber batt for carding process.

Application:

There has two upper and down air-pressure regulation sections and multiple air controllers inside of the feeder to coordinate together so as to keep fiber batt in constant density that enables the feeding quantity of carding machine to be even.

1)Upper and lower pressure chamber design, with high precise air pressure detecting sensors inside.

2)Air flow quantity automatically controlled by fan and inverter.

3)With ability of transverse regulating by air flow.

4)Equipped with adjustable vibrating board for different frequency

5)Feeding roller linked to the signal from autolevelling device to deliver better even fiber batt.
